Notable DNA connection confirmed by Family Tree DNA

On September 8, 2025 i have decided to order the mtFull DNA sequence test kit from Family Tree DNA, when i received the kit in the mail, i was excited but nervous to taking the test and thought well here goes nothing, not expecting to get anything exciting back. i mailed the DNA test back to the DNA testing lab at FTDNA. FTDNA received my kit and started to analyzed my DNA data on September 29, 2025.

On October 29, 2025 FTDNA sent me an email stating that my results are in. i was excited like a kid seeing all of the Christmas gifts under the tree and couldn’t wait to open it. when i finally opened my email to log into my FTDNA account i wasted no time to see if i have and DNA connection to famous people on my mother’s maternal line and i was very very surprise to see all of my DNA of connection listed to famous people, be mindful that these are not an ancestral connection, but that connection proved that i share a common ancestors with them, see below:

According to my DNA matches i am related to 11 people that are notable they are:

• Motala Woman (Individual 1)
• Viste Boy (Norwegian: Vistegutten)
• Paris Hilton (b. 1981)
• Cheddar Man (c. 8300 BC)
• Young Man of Byrsa
• Mechtilde of Holstein, Queen Consort of Denmark (c. 1218 – 1288) her mother had 3 children: John I, Gerhard I, Matilda, (it is Gerhard I that have descendants still living today, including the current British Royal Family)
• Kostenki 14
• Motala Man (Individual 2)
• Lola
• Zlatý kůň woman
• Neanderthal Man

it’s really cool to know that I am actually related to these people above and i expect that over time more will be added.
